- 10車は比較的新しく,燃費がよい。受付のおじさんは、何の売り込みもなく、車の受け取りと返却の要求を丁寧に説明してくれた。車は駐車場の指定された場所に停めてあり、鍵は車の中にある。車を返すのは基本的に2分で終わって、駐車場の中で車を検査するおじさんがいて、車のキーを彼にコードをスキャンして、状況を検査してからそのまま離れることができます。

- 2 torontoMy flight arrived early so I went to the Budget office at 2:30PM (car booked for 3:00PM). the female Latino staff (about 45 years old) refused to process My rental and said that I am 30 minutesearlier than the booking time. I asked her to start the paper work and she refused to do it and said that I must wait until 3PM. I asked if I can rent the car for an extra 30 minutes and she saidyes but cannot quote me the price and said that I will know the extra fee for the 30 minutes when I return the car. She mocked me for booking the car through your platform and "Suggested" me not tochoose your company next time and book the car from budget directly next time . i said i will not choose budget next time and she said that ' s a good idea .
