Consistent with the motto “We’ll Pick You Up”, free pick-up and drop-off services are available with Enterprise at non-airport locations during business hours. If renting from an airport location, the rental offices are usually in the terminal or a short shuttle ride away. 9.7 Excellent service.Great car, friendly staff, great communication
5.7 Disrespectful pick upNobody at the rental counter when arriving and door locked. Tried calling the two phone numbers stated on the door, no answer. Went to the garage and was disrespectfully met. Waited till the delivery guy went to the third vehicle without looking at me. He said I had to repass by the counter, his colleagues had said I could wait wherever I wanted. Had to wait for two persons at the counter… Lost an hour at the pick up.

9.7 I loved my Bronco!Counter staff at both ends were helpful and efficient. The pick-up location is incorrectly marked in Google maps & Waze. Vehicle was perfect.
7.3 "Good"4WD booked was a 2WD in the parking lot, eventhough at key collection it was (re)confirmned to be a 4WD. Enterprise did give a discount afterwards, but would have preferred to be a as booked. The tone of voice was friendly and helpfull.
6.7 Very disappointed with enterprise trying to double charge fee at the picking up pointThey made me double pay the one way fee and charged me extra taxes. Not happy with the service.
9.3 All goodGreat service. The only thing I will mention, they gave us a 7 seater car with a small engine! Being inn Costa Rica where you are surrounded by mountains, going up hills was an effort. They tried to upsell another car to us.- 10 Excellent Rental - Super Efficient Service. Great CarExcellent service. Great pick up - very fast. Drop off was even better - guy who handled the drop off was amazingly efficient - fastest ever drop off.

9.3 Good staff, good service, shame the car had a couple issues.Good model car, friendly staff, but car had a couple issues: - One of the wiper blades came loose on highway - Car didn't have enough coolant and gave engine warning. Topped up with water myself.
7.3 "Good"I was given a different car than the one I have rented it’s a lower quality, I had to wait over one hour because my flight was early and I was told by the staff that I was delayed because I rented through QEEQ specifically because they have issues with QEEQ I had to be penalized by waiting more than one hour
