a. The purchaser must be 18 years or older to purchase QEEQ Car Rental Pass. The QEEQ Car Rental Pass holder must be a member of QEEQ. If the pass holder is not already a member of QEEQ when purchasing QEEQ Car Rental Pass, the pass holder will automatically be registered as a QEEQ member.
b. The pass holder must provide true main driver’s name when purchasing the QEEQ Car Rental Pass or using any QEEQ Car Rental Pass benefits. The main driver’s name submitted will be used for future car rental bookings. Failure to do so may invalidate the QEEQ Car Rental Pass and any subsequent fare purchase, at QEEQ's sole discretion.
c. The QEEQ Car Rental Pass may be canceled within 30 days of purchase if QEEQ Car Rental Pass is not used.
d. The QEEQ Car Rental Pass is non-transferable. Only the pass holder may use the benefits of the QEEQ Car Rental Pass. Promptly notify QEEQ upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of the QEEQ Car Rental Pass.
3. QEEQ Car Rental Pass Usage
a. The QEEQ Car Rental Pass gives the pass holder the ability to book car rental bookings from QEEQ. The QEEQ Car Rental Pass does not guarantee the availability of vehicles.
b. The ability to make QEEQ Car Rental Pass is based on vehicle availability; not all vehicles will be available for booking through the QEEQ Car Rental Pass.
c. QEEQ Car Rental Pass only covers the base rate of the rental. Additional charges will apply if the renter adds extra insurance or services to the booking.
d. QEEQ Car Rental Pass bookings are subject to blackout periods.
e. QEEQ Car Rental Pass holders should only book cars that they intend to use. If plans change, bookings should be canceled before the free-cancellation deadline.
f. The full terms and conditions provided by car rental suppliers are only applicable for normal bookings. For bookings booked using the Car Rental Pass, special cancellation and no-show policies are applied.
g. QEEQ Car Rental Pass is not compatible with other QEEQ sales and promotions unless specifically advertised.
h. No-shows are subject to the terms set forth in QEEQ’s Contract. QEEQ Car Rental Pass holders who repeatedly book and no-show for car rentals, or who otherwise violate the terms and conditions contained in these Rules, are subject to financial penalties up to and including the revocation of pass privileges without refund, the holder agree that QEEQ has the right to make these penalties at its sole discretion.
i. Bookings booked using a QEEQ Car Rental Pass are not eligible to earn redeemable points or use a coupon.
j. Changes and/or cancellations to car rentals booked using a QEEQ Car Rental Pass will be processed subject to the terms and conditions of that itinerary, including, without limitation, the then-current change and/or cancel fee(s) in effect plus any difference in car rental rates for the alternate requested date(s) or rental(s); any changes must be to dates(s) or rental(s) that are within 24 hours of the booking change.
k. Once a booking is made using QEEQ Car Rental Pass, no refund will be made for QEEQ Car Rental Pass. If days are not used within the validity period, there will be no refund for the remaining days.
l. All promotions, fares, and any other special offers, whether through QEEQ or any of its partners/affiliates, are subject to the terms and conditions.
m. Car Rental bookings on QEEQ (including QEEQ Car Rental Pass travel) is governed by QEEQ’s Terms of Service, a copy of which is available at www.qeeq.com/term?info=terms-of-service.
4. Payment – Initial QEEQ Car Rental Pass Sign Up
a. Upon purchase, the purchaser will be charged the QEEQ Car Rental Pass price.
b. The purchaser assumes all obligations of the pass holder’s participation in the QEEQ Car Rental Pass price.
5. QEEQ Car Rental Pass Renewal and Renewal Charges
a. QEEQ Car Rental Pass will not be renewed automatically. If pass holders wish to extend the validity period of the pass, they will have to purchase another pass.
b. Price of the QEEQ Car Rental Pass is subject to change by QEEQ at any time with appropriate notice.
6. Miscellaneous
a. Other than the Renewal Price, QEEQ may modify the terms and conditions of the QEEQ Car Rental Pass at any time without notice.
b. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the pass holder is agreeing to receive emails sent from QEEQ. Canceling the QEEQ Car Rental Pass may stop all QEEQ emails from being sent. To ensure the pass holder is unsubscribed from future emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions included in any subsequent email received.
7. North America 3-Month Pass
In addition to the QEEQ Car Rental Pass Terms and Conditions, the following applies to the North America 3-Month Pass
a. North America 3-Month Pass Usage
1. The North America 3-Month Pass is valid for car rentals exclusively in the United States and Canada.
2. Applicable car group: Economy & Compact.
3. Each booking must be a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 3 days.
4. There should be a minimum of 4 days between the drop-off and pick-up dates of consecutive bookings.
5. Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance and can be made up to a maximum of 30 days in advance.
6. Blackout dates: 2023 - December 16-17, 22-24, 26-31; 2024 - January 1, 15; February 15-16, 19; May 27; July 5, 7; September 2; November 27-30; December 1-2, 21-24, 26-31.
7. The QEEQ Car Rental Pass holder will be required to submit the main driver’s name when purchasing QEEQ Car Rental Pass, the main driver is the sole authorized person permitted to be the main driver for any car rental booking.
8. The North America 3-Month Pass covers the base rate of the rental. Additional charges will apply if the renter adds extra insurance or services to the booking.
8. North America 3-Day Pass/North America 5-Day Pass/North America 10-Day Pass
In addition to the QEEQ Car Rental Pass Terms and Conditions, the following applies to the North America 3-Day Pass/North America 5-Day Pass/North America 10-Day Pass
a. North America 3-Day Pass/North America 5-Day Pass/North America 10-Day Pass Usage
1. The North America 3-Day Pass/North America 5-Day Pass/North America 10-Day Pass is exclusively valid for car rentals in the United States and Canada.

3. Blackout dates: 2023 - December 16-17, 22-24, 26-31; 2024 - January 1, 15; February 15-16, 19; May 27; July 5, 7; September 2; November 27-30; December 1-2, 21-24, 26-31.
4. The North America 3-Day Pass/North America 5-Day Pass/North America 10-Day Pass covers the base rate of the rental. Additional charges will apply if the renter adds extra insurance or services to the booking.

In addition to the QEEQ Car Rental Pass Terms and Conditions, the following applies to the Oceania 3-Month Pass

2. Applicable car group: Economy & Compact.
3. Each booking must have a duration of a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 3 days.
4. There should be a minimum of 4 days between the drop-off and pick-up dates of consecutive bookings.
5. Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance and can be made up to a maximum of 30 days in advance.
6. Blackout dates: 2023 - December 22-24, 26-31; 2024 - January 1; March 29-31; April 1-2; June 10; December 22-24, 26-31.

3. Each booking must have a duration of a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 3 days.
4. There should be a minimum of 4 days between the drop-off and pick-up dates of consecutive bookings.
5. Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance and can be made up to a maximum of 30 days in advance.
6. Blackout dates: 2023 - December 22-24, 26-31; 2024 - January 1; February 10-12; April 10-11、14-16; July 7-8, 20, 22, 28-29; September 16-17, October 13-14 December 22-24, 26-31.

15. One-Dollar Freeze
Our payment plan, known as One-Dollar Freeze, allows customers to make an initial payment of $1. Following this, the remaining amount will be charged to the customer's approved credit card before their first car rental booking starts, normally 72 hours before pick-up time or by the latest at the car rental's free cancellation deadline.
