Good experience and no expensive

Car stank of smoke at pick up when there is a clear no smoking policy? Also counter staff made me take insurance that I have never had to take at other car companies that made the rental very expensive. If I refused to take the insurance I would have been charged for a no show.

We had 7 people and the Dodge Caravan was perfect to get us around Hawaii. The staff are very friendly. No problems.

Easy to use the site and the cost was very cheap.

There was a very long wait to get the car. It wasn't the car I reserved. There were a lot of hidden fees. I had to pay a 250 deposit and 100 dollars for a toll package from ACE. I asked if I brought the car back earlier if I would get refunded they said no refunds. I wasn't the only person that was there that was unhappy. There were 4 others there that were unhappy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ACE to an ENEMY. Worst rental car service ever.

Fast and super friendly service. We were picked up at the airport with in minutes of calling and the drive was less than 5 minutes to the rental place. We were in our car and on the road in less than 15 minutes.

Good experience even found a discount coupon.

Upon returning to my vacation house the tire pressure alert came on. ACE needs to make sure the tire pressure is at the correct levels.
