The car was clean but the fuel tank wasn't full. The car company argued that it was same to same when the booking document clearly mentioned that it is full to full. The staff at drop-off was quite helpful

Thanks for your comment getting back to us. If the fuel tank is full when picking up the car, please drop off with full; If it's not, please return with the same level. Terrible service. We had to wait 4.5 hours to collect our car and another 90mins for the shuttle to get us to the airport after drop off.

“Took too long to pick up. The gear shift box kept popping open. 5th gear was awkward”

Took to log to get car. Drop off was easy. Shuttle said they couldn't take us to terminal 2 which is where our flight left from this was never mentioned anywhere

The price was 7€ however they wanted to block 1800€ on my CC incase of anything that happens to the car, which is a huge amount and of course I didn't have almost 2000€ , so the other option was to pay 81€ for the car insurance and they would only block 300€ then. So the car rental price was expensive at the end but there was no other options.
