Not a good experience rent from agency

My arrival flight to mel is delayed , i tried to amended my arrival date ( delay a day ) , Hertz asked me to call back QEEQ for amendment if not there will be count on NO SHOW, I explained to the CS , i m not going to refund ,just pick up 1 day late. CS said no exception , have to pick up on 21 st Dec ,i called QEEQ , Cs asked me to call back Hertz, They cant help as well. Its a but ridicules.

Lady was friendly and she had upgraded the car to an large KIA. Car had some scratches but brought us to our destination without a problem

The car was fine - we just think the huge fee you charge for returning the car to a different location is over the top as we are sure the car would of been driven back to the original location from where we returned it.
