Easy to pick up and drop off

受け取りに時間がかかり過ぎる。 ゴールドメンバー受付もあとで気づいたが、長蛇の列。 スタッフが限られている、年末は集中したからなど理由にならない。デジタルで効率化できる方法はいくらでもある。

Counter staff were very kind and helpful with assigning me a car which suited my needs

Paid extra for a vehicle that would seat 7. The car did not seat 7, it seated 5. When I spoke to the Hertz staff she indicated that the car does seat 7 and told me it has a third row seat. I went back out to the car to check and It did not. She told me the only other car they could offer me would cost an additional 100.00 per day.

It took a little longer than normal because my rental was one-way and the car they gave me was privately owned. But they made it work and I got what I needed.

Much easier to use than the Hertz website, and reasonably priced compared to my other option in the area. I was charged exactly what I booked online.
