Good car for a good price

Booking in staff were average not overly friendly or helpful just did their job nothing more or less no real interaction. Seemed more intent on getting feedback via a QR code. Drop off much better fast and efficient and very friendly.

Very easy to book, helpful instructions and will definitely use again.

The best thing was the staff at the office

Il faut attendre cette navette et le lieu n'est pas très clair, il faut simposer sinon il faut attendre pas mal de temps avant de monter Temps d'attente conséquent pour récupérer la voiture, peut être dû au fait que c'était en début d'après-midi

I had paid to EasyRentCar full insurance coverages. But your partner Click Rent forced my to buy the same insurance for 138 EUR. I showed your booking documents, but it does not work: explanation was simple: I have to buy in local EasyRentCar office. And refused to give car. So I paid additionally to you full insurance and pick up car. “Official” explanation was that they can not accept deposit using my debit card (1300 EUR). But when we agree to pay 137 for EasyRentCar insurance, they did it successful using the same just rejected VISA – now my card was OK for deposit payment. My wife has credit cart, but it was not accepted too. So please do help my get back my payment for dublicate insurance. I have all documents and going to inform appropriate institutions about this cheating case.
