Initially booked the car for pickup at Queenstown Airport on 12.13 and return at Christchurch Airport on 12.24. The service at Queenstown was excellent.
Picking up the car took a while as there were quite a few people waiting in a queue. However, once I had completed the paperwork, all went pretty quickly. They didn't have the car I ordered, but gave me a 4 year old RAV4, which was a lovely car, so no complaints about that.

I paid for a GPS for the trip as I didnt want to pay to use the internet on my phone due to being overseas but Apex does not offer any GPS.
I also waited for an hour in the pick up zone outside, called 10-15 times and got nothing.
I ended up walking in the rain to find the place.
