Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard. Rear tv and ac controls. Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us. Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks

“A bit dodgy at first, but worked out”

The first car they tried to give me was unacceptable. The stereo and GPS nav was all in Japanese, and the service agent couldn't help me change it. Also there was a strange device near the driver's seat the agent couldn't identify. And the car smelled like old cigarette smoke. My first thought was that it was an employee's car they were trying to give me. Fortunately they gave me another car, and this one worked out fine.

“Never Again”

Horrible pick up experience. Rude staff. Tried to charge us our excess for insurance up front (claimed miscommunication). 7pm at night and the rude staff member tells us we need to go elsewhere. Another member of staff came to speak with us 10 mins later and finalised the pick up. Car radio didn't work. Wasn't in english so we couldn't use for our whole trip
