Like: RAY fits what we need - a car for 2. It is quite spacious for 2 persons if you are travelling with huge luggage. The portable GPS attached with the car has been a great help. Better then waze! Dislike: We were waiting for more than 30 minutes to pick up our car when the others who came later got theirs within 5 minutes. The car given to us is quite old and very dirty (outside, inside is clean). The passenger's seat buckle in not in good condition.
I was the only one in line for half an hour, and they kept questioning my international driver's license. Recently, car rental companies in Jeju have been very slow when dealing with Chinese customers.
