Like: Everything went fine regardless the fact that i don't have credit card; I booked the car via debit card. Most of the car rental company would ask for credit card upon pickup. The staff is very helpful and they are giving their best to speak in english. Don't worry, they can understand and converse in basic english. Car pickup and drop-off is very fast. They also refund the money back to us because we left more fuel compared to the original fuel level when we pickup the car. :) Really glad that I choose this car rental. Dislike: I think the car itself is a little bit old. We drove it around Jeju Island, and sometimes it squeek. And sometimes when we tried to brake, it suddenly shaking. It terrify us at first but we used to it after first day; hoping that we're not stranded in the middle of no where.
I was the only one in line for half an hour, and they kept questioning my international driver's license. Recently, car rental companies in Jeju have been very slow when dealing with Chinese customers.
