“When we went to pick up the car the guy at the counter was pushing too hard to buy insurance”

The car was pretty average and had 135000 km on it. The guy at pick up counter was forcing us to buy insurance and was telling us all sorts of stories about sand storm and accidents. Which was bit too much.
Terrible service at car pick-up, ignorant personel, very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait for manager to come and finish the procedure. At the end we received extremely dirty and old car - over 130k km.

Car was perfectly adequate
But rental agreement refers to Avis for airport rental logistics ( there is also Payless sign below Avis)
After long wait agent states that this is wrong location and Payless renters have to do all the paperwork at pickup location

Better explanation about specific airport arrangements (or communicating to local agents that signs need to be on display to explain procedure)
Like: Car was in good condition, staff was helpful, and overall very good value.
