“Rental at Guadalajara was not acomodating even though it was their mistake”

Waited over 1.5 hrs to get the car at rental location. Staff was not helpful, just kept me waiting. At the end, staff that was helping me just took off and left me hanging and me not knowing what to do. Terrible experience!
