The car was just right for us. It had been cleaned thoroughly before we picked it up and it was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately there had been a problem at pickup, where we were told that they didn’t have any more automatic vehicles left at all. It was a bit stressful as I don’t drive manual, but eventually they sorted it out and we got the car that we had booked.
The vehicle had a number of items which needed to be taken care of:
Computer kept alarming us that the Oil Fuel was filled too much
Midway we were warned to add more AdBlue (refunded by Alamo)
After the first use we were warned to top up the wiper fluid.
Apart from that, Alamo service was very great and supportive
Although the paperwork said there was no damage to the vehicle there was a large chip in the windscreen that if I hadn't pointed out to the staff member I would have been charged for on returning the vehicle.....I suspect this is how they make money!!!!

Easy to use but was expensive for a small car for 2 days rental
It was easy to find the counter in the airport and get to the car. Counter staff at pick-up were helpful, efficient and informative. Car provided was as stated. Car return was quick and efficient. So far it has been a good experience.

Booking website was user-friendly and easy though it would be helpful to include extra driver fee information
Everything was good. just had to wait a bit for the pick up as there was a few other customers
