A $99 CAD refueling fee upon return is very expensive. They charged $612 CAD at pickup including a deposit, and another $423 CAD after return. I complained to Zuzuche, but no response yet.
Although full insurance was already purchased, they still tried to sell other insurance options, which was bothersome. Also, this year marks the 500th anniversary of the National Park with free entry. So why are they charging an additional 100 CAD for the park pass?
They provide great service and reception at Vancouver Airport, Calgary Airport, and downtown Vancouver. Car pickup and drop-off are convenient and quick. Professional service. Highly recommended.
