There were quite a few staff when we picked up the car at Punta Arenas airport, but none of them were professional. The process was very slow, despite the previous booking. After finishing the paperwork, we had to wait for another 15 minutes before the car arrived.
The opposite was experienced during the drop-off. The guy was quick and efficient.
The physical condition of the car contained many small dents and scrapes but the interior was mint. Windshield and tires were in extremely good condition. The front counter staff were fun and set everything up swiftly and released the car with ease. I would rent using Europcar again without question.
