Car was beautiful to drive, flight was delayed landing and Alamo staff waited around for me. Unfortunately someone scraped the bumper while I was parked, they were very understanding about it.

Inadmissible de payer ce prix/nom. Des concurrents sont à moins de 10€. Ma banque trouve cela pas convenable après les avoir appelé. D'autant que j'avais tous les papiers justifiant notre garantie de paiement.

Agréable et trop procédurière.

They didn’t supply the vehicle I’d reserved. I clearly specified mini van because we were travelling with 3 people with bikes. When we got there, we were given a car instead(Citroen c4) We could barley manage and had to unpack bikes to get them in, and travel with luggage on are knees and even in the foot well of the front. I was told vehicles weren’t available and this was same in class.....which it clearly wasn’t! When I returned the vehicle I mentioned that we had problems and they said we could get a partial refund? Hopefully we will

Dislike: The high damage deposit combined with the location not being open when I dropped off the vehicle. It was very unsettling, but worked out. It would’ve been much nicer if the location was open when I dropped it off, it wasn’t very early, about 7:30 local time.
