The actual car rental agency was http://road-runner.gr/ and NOT Surprice rent a car. Also found out after the fact that they would have delivered the car to us in Kini! So there was no need to come all the way to the harbor.

The pick-up location is not well marked on the easyrentcars website, and it took many back-and-forth emails to establish the exact pick-up location. In the end, it was more effective to get directly in touch with the car rental agency (which was also DIFFERENT from what was listed & therefore took a bit of long research to establish correct local contact details). After finding out the correct name of the car rental agency (Road-Runner, NOT Surprice), they informed us that the pick-up location was right at the main harbor road.
Car was great value, so basic (but not expecting a Royce Royce!) Clean, enough power in the engine, did the job. (One issue that may have turned into a problem - the starter was a bit unpredictable, but always got the car going eventually - told Surprice on returning the vehicle.

Smooth booking process - price comparator kicked in to discount further, which was great!
Dislike: The car wipers were in very bad condition, the car's washing liquid was completely empty.
During car drop-off, there was no company representative to collect the car, so there was no way to be sure no extra cost could occur since they could not check the car condition. I have returned the car in the exact condition I have received it, but no one could verify that!
