First experience of an electric vehicle and loved it, but was provided with no support when I picked it up, simply told all the instructions are in the car – they were, but all in French! The queue wasn't too fast. They offer multilingual services but not in Chinese. For those good at English, it’s not a problem. They don't appear to offer free upgrades, but they try to sell paid upgrades, which you can decline if you don't want. Make sure to thoroughly check the car and take photos of any scratches and confirm them with the store. This is very important because even if the car has scratches, they might not be listed on the slip, and you won’t have proof if you overlook them. The car interiors were very clean, which was good. Additionally, the car's performance was excellent, and the vehicles were relatively new.

They told me to make an upgrade because they havent the car I rent. So when I returned the car, the amount was different. But I didnt ask to have an upgrade. So we complained in Niza and I home it resolve this problem.
