The booked car was not available, so an upgrade was offered and that was excellent.
The customer service at the desk and drop off at Piarco was excellent and efficient.
The website advertised them to be open until 11:30pm, but when I called in advance to confirm, the man said they now close at 9pm, which was going to be a big problem for me. I got through to the employee on duty, and he said he would wait for me, which he did (until around 10:30), and this is why I graded him as excellent. THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE OFFICE HOURS AT THE WEBSITE OR KEEP THE OFFICE OPEN AS ADVERTISED.
