My booking said GPS navigation would be provided, but this was not so. Tank was 7/8 filled although counter staff told me I had to return it with a full tank of petrol.
The overall service was excellent. I've rented cars many times in London and tried several companies. Enterprise is one of my favorites. Many thanks to the QEEQ app for timely notifications, which are very helpful for forgetful or procrastinating people like me.
Rented an Opel, a diesel car with good power, clean, and comes with a navigation system. The driver met the requirements. Pickup was quick, and the return inspection was thorough, especially checking for tire damage.

I waited 40+minutes to get the car and the drop off was not in the airport but far away, I needed a bus to go back to the airport, not as planned. The tires where losing air half the way I had orange sign showing. The car was 7years old and the seat belt of the passenger didn’t lock.
The car had a vibration between 60 and 65 and needed to have the wheels balanced. Hardly surprising with two different tyres on the front and different tyres on the rear
