Easy, simple with friendly staff

Not good. The car broke down. I had to get myself to Birmingham airport to pick up a new one. New one had a warning light on. Left my sunglasses - $250! in the car and no response to return them.

I said I don't need the insurance, but the staff still added it in my terms, and my fault was I signed the paper without recheck, cause I said I don't need it. It costs extra 138GB.

The counter staff member was very efficient and well trained but the offer of an insurance at "only" twenty pounds per day was frankly astonishing and insulting. This is a very unpleasant "rip-off" practice at car rental offices always but this price was exceptionally brazen.

Like: Help at drop off section by the staff. They expressed we could drop off the car and leave the keys and parking tag in the morning and need to drop the car at night.

Like: Efficient and good selection of cars.
