El auto alquilado fue un Cupra. Excelente espacio en el maletero, caben dos maletas de las grandes y alguna mochila más. El personal muy profesional y con conocimiento de los autos. Repetiremos

QEEQ es una plataforma que utilizo seguido, muy fácil y práctica. Sobretodo cuando disminuyeron el precio! Volveré a utilizarla. Conviene fijarse si el alquiler es con una empresa cuyo mostrador esté en la misma terminal del aeropuerto o si es remota. Para saber qué esperar y tiempos de recogida y devolución.
The customer service's attitude was decent, but I rented a seven-seater MPV. When I went to pick up the car, they informed me that I couldn't drive the MPV because I was under 23-24 years old. Instead, they offered me a seven-seater SUV, but I had to pay extra. I had carefully checked the age and driving experience requirements for the company and vehicles when making my selection. However, during pickup, they refused to give me the car, citing age restrictions.
Como punto negativo, el vehiculo se entrego con medio depósito y eso dificulta el llenado posterior para la entrega.
La necesidad de tener una targeta de crédito y no sólo de débito también puede dar complicaciones.
They promised to change the car the next day but their attitude was extremely rude and provided no explanation. If they had told me on the day of pickup that they didn't have the model I wanted, I would have just left. Why make a promise if you can't keep it? On the second day, their attitude was even worse.
I was disappointed that the car didn’t have a rear camera so it was difficult on the reverse, Also the CarPlay didn’t work.
