The only issue I had was that I was charged for supercover,I had my own car hire insurance so didn't require it. I was told I had to have it.
I contested this,I was told they would investigate .
At drop off I was told the extra money was refunded to my card. The manager was very helpful and agreed it was their mistake, very happy with the outcome.

Your staff trying to push for more money even though I booked online with full insurance. I will not be booking with you again and would not recommend you to anyone, it's a rip off. Trying to extort extra cash when cover already in place.
