I chose this company because their full insurance was cheaper, only A$25, while other major rental companies charged A$50. This is a New Zealand-based rental company with excellent service and very friendly staff. However, I got a Mitsubishi ASX with 130,000 km on it. It performed decently at low speeds, but once it reached over 100 km/h, the car would start to shake. The vehicle's condition was a bit poor.
Service there is exceptional. Very friendly staff, quick and easy booking and had the keys in my hand within 5 minutes.

Everything was booked and organised - I didn't have to fill in any complicated forms or go through the long process of buying additional insurance. All was done and ready to go ; )
I went to Gold Coast at night time and pick up after hours. They gave me a automatic car but Gear box and Transmisson is different I never drive same thing like this before then I have to paid for taxi go to motel. So I come back on next day for request change another automatic car and she approved for me get another one. I was lucky at this time very busy but still left only 1 car available for me changed. But I’m not really happy about my costs going higher up because of fee taxi 2 times.
