Time for picking up was a bit long as we have to wait for staff to be available. But it’s was all good. Just a down side that Apaec in Perth airport closed at 3pm. So we have to pay an extra $40 for drop off after 3pm

I thought I was booking my car with an Australia agent as everything was quoted in Australian dollar and I used my Australian credit card to pay. When I get my credit card statement I was shock to see my bank charged me an international transaction fee of $36 because QEEQ is based oversea. I am very unhappy. Will not book with QEEQ again.
Counter staff very pleasant. Had to point out that booking included my wife as second driver without any charge. One of the few companies I found that didn’t have restrictions for mileage based on 100km within Perth area. There is a map on their site showing boundary limits which is excellent.
Pick up easy, drop off is literally that. Drop the keys and go. The only down side to this is they don’t look over the car or check mileage/fuel so you wonder if you will be contacted for anything in the days after. However this has been 8 days since drop off and no contact but there was’t a need for this as the car was returned in the same condition as pick up.
I have used Apex in NZ and would use again. Only issue was trying to contact Apex before booking as there is only a NZ number.

Maybe state that UK driving licence holder doesn’t need the international licence. I emailed QEEQ in advance to verify this with the. Email contact from QEEQ and texts with tips and info for collection and drop off and how to contact if any issues.

I got a downsized car even though I specifically asked and paid for a big family car. During my stay in Perth, I had to change my accommodation twice and because of your small car I had to hire additional taxis in order to transfer my luggage. Due to this most of the time my partner traveled alone and we incurred extra unforeseen costs.

Arrived after rental car hours so had to pick car up the next day. Apex staff were aware of our flight delays and held our reservation. Smooth transition once we got to the car rental facility the next day.
