I think you should state clearer that the pick up desk is in a rent car terminal not in the actual airport terminal. It was confusing when we arrived. However the car was excellent.

The staff were reasonably friendly at pick-up, probably helped by my being able to speak Italian.
The car we received was smaller than anticipated, but it had enough room for us to travel from Pisa Airport to our destination about 2 hours away. The Lancia Ypsilon was very underpowered! Especially going up hills, which often required dropping down 2 or 3 gears to climb!!!
On the return, the agent commented that they were unable to check the condition of the car, as it was dirty, and that I would have to take it to a car wash before returning it! The dirt was from 18 days driving around white roads and normal roads in Tuscany during which time we experienced a range of weather conditions from heat to thunderstorms and heavy showers of rain. No mention was made at pick-up about returning the car "washed". Nor have I ever experienced this requirement with any other car hire company at Pisa Airport, or any other airport in Italy, over the past 30 years!
Locating the Sicily By Car desk was easy. The member of staff dealt with us quickly and efficiently. There was no hard sell of insurances although the various excesses and what was and wasn't covered were clearly explained. The car it's self was quite new, but with over 50k km on the clock, had its fair share of small dings and scrapes which were accurately recorded. The car it's-self could have been slightly cleaner, but could in no way be described as dirty.
The return process was simple and straightforward. We added no damage to the car and there was no dispute about this. Overall, I'd have no hesitation in using Sicily By Car again or recommending their service.
Un accueil déplorable. Un manque de respect que je n'ai jamais vu ailleurs (je loue des véhicules 2X/an depuis 15 ans). A la réception comme au retour on se fiche de vous et on vous traite comme un chien ! et je suis gentil... Je pourrais écrire une page entière sur mes déboires avec les employés de cette compagnie. L'employé au guichet ne vous écoute pas et après "3h30" d'explications (avec un enfant en bas âge), l'employé devant l'évidence doit admettre qu'il s'est trompé mais il ne s'excuse pas et à même l'air agacé ! Entre temps, il a même été prendre sa pause (30 minutes) et vous laisse poireauté sans vous prévenir... Et pour le retour du véhicule (avec une légère griffe), on vous demande le paiement d'une somme sans aucun justificatif alors qu'une caution a été bloquée. Je demande des explications, la personne me dit : "non" et me tourne le dos. Incroyable du jamais vu... Lamentable tout simplement ! Fuyez malheureux...
