My booking was cancelled when I arrived. It took them more than 30 minutes to find the original booking.
Nevertheless the staff at the counter was friendly and helpful.
Drop off was too long I had to wait 15 minutes in the car and I had to call them 3 times
When returning the car, they lifted the spare tire compartment to check, but the staff did not show us this check when we picked up the car. They thought we damaged the spare tire and we had to wait 15 minutes for a senior staff member to confirm it wasn't us. It wasted a lot of time and scared us. We've never had to check the spare tire when renting a car before, and they didn't mention it beforehand. This is very unfair.
Only one person on the desk and they were fully occupied with another customer for 20 minutes before serving me so not a great start plus whilst the car was new it wasn't to my liking really especially as it was classified as a large SUV but compared to the other large SUV's i've booked it was sub-standard in my opinion
