When returning the car, there were some scratches on the bumper that didn't affect anything, but they charged me 120,000 yen. Total rip-off. I suspect the car was already like that when I picked it up, but unfortunately, I didn't take pictures then. Plus, the car didn't match the booking.

Excellent service as well my booking was cancelled for some reason I call the customer helpline inform problem, they sort out the problem less then an hour.. overall very satisfactory..
