Dislike: I had ordered an automatic transmission vehicle but a manual transmission vehicle was allotted to me at pick-up. I came to know this until I got on the vehicle to check. It spent me another 30 minutes to wait for the change of vehicle and felt frustrated. I hope that Europcar would check the order carefully and the same thing would not happen to other customers again.
Vi blev debiterade för en saknad del inne i fordonet som vi inte hade kännedom om när vi hämtade fordonet. Personen som mottog fordonet sa att han måste notera bristen, men inte skulle debitera oss, vilket man sedan gjorde. Vi har bett om att få pengarna tillbaka.

The car was really great and worth the extra fees.
I had to drop a deposit, i am yet to be refunded that after 5 days.
