Extremely cheap booking but they made it up by charging 14x as much to add an additional driver at the counter. The car had several small scuffs and dings on pick-up but they decided it had an additional scratch on a wing mirror on return - it didn't - and are trying to charge me 90 euros for it.
The customer service was very welcoming, and there weren't many people in line.
