They try to upsell insurance during pickup, and the process takes a long time. Vehicle inspection is done through photos taken by their staff rather than allowing us to inspect it ourselves. They also messed up the return time, overcharged the deposit, and the refund process was difficult to communicate about. It was eventually resolved through the Zuzuche platform.
Overall acceptable. The car was quite new with just over 7000 kilometers. When I called after arriving at the airport, no one answered, so I went directly to the bus stop to wait for the shuttle, which was a very bad experience. Returning the car was straightforward; just drove into the return point. The staff didn’t say much, and I haven't received the bill yet. I'll check if there are any extra charges once it arrives.
The rental company was closed when I arrived, and their customer service phone did not provide a solution. I couldn't pick up the car.
