The service at the counter was inefficient. We were scheduled to pick up the car at 9 PM on July 8th and arrived at the counter around 8 PM. However, we waited for over an hour to get the keys. After signing the contract, they didn't give us the exit card for the parking lot, so we had to walk back to get it, which was very inconvenient.
When we picked up the car, we found the trunk was too small for our luggage. After negotiating with QEEQ customer service, we were able to return it smoothly. The service at the Avis counter was also great. Thumbs up!
Followed airport signs to locate the rental office, which is in the airport parking lot. All rental companies are together, so it's easy to find and convenient. The process was quite fast, and there weren't many people in line.
