We picked up the car at Munich Airport. We arrived at 6:30 AM, and they only start working at 7:00 AM. They helped us with the car rental at 6:50 AM, which was quite convenient, although it seems there was some extra charge for early service. The car was in good condition. Returning the car at Frankfurt Airport was easy to find. Overall, we are quite satisfied.
The counter was easy to find. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and the car was in good condition. However, it was the first time I heard that there were additional fees for driving across multiple countries in Europe. It felt like the front desk was just looking for ways to charge extra.

The return location had staff directing parking, and the check-in process was finished in two minutes without needing to go back to the counter. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip.
