We chose East Coast Rentals due to the attractive price; a 4-day rental for a 12-seater was 1000 yuan cheaper than booking the same model with Europcar on other sites. In fact, except for having to call the company to send a shuttle to pick us up from Melbourne Airport, everything else was fine. The service was good. We were especially lucky to meet a staff member of Chinese descent, who not only lent us a GPS for free but also helped us set up a route to avoid toll roads and kindly selected a cheap child seat for us, saving us the daily rental fee. Very touching!
The car condition and service attitude were great. Hope there can be more discounts on zero-deductible insurance and highway toll tickets for customers.
