The address on the rental order was incorrect. We made an international call to confirm the address before pickup, and the customer service said it was correct. However, we ended up searching for an hour without finding the place. We had to make another international call, and only then did the customer service send the correct address via email. When we finally found the pickup location, the employee wasn't there. A local person called and found out he was praying and would return in an hour. We finally got the car at 15:30 (the order time was 13:00).
