It took some time on the road and the store had just closed, but after our plea, a staff member let us in and completed the process without any complaints. Really appreciated.
I booked a GPS on the ZuZuChe website, but the store did not have it ready. They claimed they hadn't received any notification and didn't have any extra GPS devices available. As a result, I had to buy a SIM card and data package from a nearby store for 200 shekels, and then download and set up the navigation app, which wasted almost half a day and forced me to cancel some planned activities.
The car was super dirty. They didn't care at all. diapers in the car, snack spilled all over. we were in a big rush, but couldn't go into such a car.
