Rented the car for 6 days and was inexplicably charged over 420 euros! The Naples store supposedly operated until 11 PM, but they stopped accepting car returns before 9 PM. I handed over the keys without any receipt or explanation, only verbal confirmation that everything was okay. The next morning, I received a bank message indicating a charge of 269 euros. Including the deposit, a total of over 420 euros was taken! Unbelievable! Do not rent from this company. I'm not a novice; I've driven over 7-8,000 kilometers in Europe, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this!! It's ridiculous. I strongly advise everyone driving in southern Italy to get full insurance! It's very important. The drivers there are crazy!
