Waited for hours at the airport for the pickup service. They took us to a different rental company without explanation and charged us twice. Refund is still pending. This severely affected our time and budget in a foreign country.
When we arrived at Vancouver Airport to pick up the car, we were informed that no cars were available. After contacting customer service, we were redirected to a third company that finally had a car, but required us to prepay the full amount. This whole process took up half a day!
