It was okay. We met a Chinese-speaking staff member when picking up the car, which was helpful. However, they downgraded the car model without giving us a discount. The car was too old and in poor condition. Other than that, it was fine.

They forced me to pay 1000 dollars as a bond. And I ve told them it is a change in terms and conditions and they told me pay insurance 150 more or 1000 dollars bond or we can't give you car after I came there.
It was fine, but the closing time is quite early. If you return the car even a little late, you'll have to bring it back the next day and be charged for an additional half-day rental.
The service at the store catered to Chinese customers, though there were various pressures to add insurance. When picking up the car, the Indian woman was very impatient. The rental location is not at the airport; you need to find a shuttle bus at the terminal three bus stop to go to the rental company. However, the overall process was fairly smooth.
