When picking up the car, the staff worked very slowly. It took 2 hours to get 3 cars. Thankfully, we checked, and one of the cars didn't even have a spare tire.
When I booked, it stated pickup at the airport. However, at the Hertz counter they told me it was outside the airport. I waited for the shuttle bus for over half an hour, then at the off-site location, there was only one person attending and I queued for another 30 minutes.
