The service attitude was excellent, and there were no communication barriers in English. However, I was quite startled when they called me at noon to ask where I was. The airport road conditions were very complex; the car return spot is on the first floor of the terminal, but I mistakenly went to the second floor. The rental company even sent staff up to check the car. I only spent about 100 yuan on fuel for the whole day.
My booking stated that the insurance coverage is already comprehensive.
However, at pick up time at DMK; I was told that it was not the case.
So, I was "force" to buy extra insurance coverage.
Therefore, it turns out to be a much higher rental cost.
So, look into the extra insurance issues and if there is a way for me to get a refund. PLEASE DO IT ?

Not much problem with booking. As for others, I think its just marketing .
At the counter when pick-up, I was emphasized on non smoking and full fuel return...
At the car, I was found it had a slight smell... different from a brand new smell...smoke.
And more... the staff showed me the car had fuel 2/8. I gave a question, " Is the same fuel amount return okay?" He said "Yes."...But...it was a difficult mission...2/8 fuel return. In fact, I returned the car with fuel 1/2.
If the company urges the driver on the full fuel return, it should fuel up at first. The car pick-up place Don Mueang airport is located in the area without gas station ?
Like: The most cheapest price I have been booked. Car are in very well condition. Dislike: The airport way has been changed but my Google map never update. Make me lost more than hour to find how to go in to airport and traffic jam.
