1) The staff at the pickup location (Vilnius) were very unfriendly and behaved poorly!
2) Poor car condition: The exterior had cracks and three scratches when we picked it up. The car was dirty inside and out.
3) When I requested a receipt for the late pickup fee, the staff refused.
The service was excellent. The lady who attended to us explained all the rental and car usage details patiently and thoroughly. She was both pleasing to look at and very kind!
The service was pretty good. They just followed the procedure to sell insurance. The car was relatively new, having run 30,000 kilometers. However, we encountered a bit of trouble when returning the car at Tallinn. The parking lot at Tallinn Airport requires a card for entry, which we couldn't find among the documents and items provided during the rental. The staff didn't mention it when we rented the car, and there were no staff in the parking lot. We had to go to the rental counter at the airport to find someone to resolve the issue.
