Pre-trip communication via WeChat was convenient, but upon arriving in Christchurch to pick up the car, it turned out to be from an agent, not A RENTALS. The agent was only responsible for providing the vehicle and did not handle any other issues. All questions had to be addressed through WeChat, which was particularly problematic when we encountered issues while picking up the car and had to wait for responses via WeChat.
The store is clean, the car is in great condition, and the service is professional, enthusiastic, and thorough. Tianyi Car Rental's service and car condition exceeded our expectations, extremely professional, enthusiastic, and attentive. We will definitely rent from Tianyi Car Rental again if we get the chance and recommend it to friends planning a self-drive trip in New Zealand.
