Excellent service. When returning the car, the staff member noticed we had a lot of luggage and personally drove us across the border. He even gave us directions during the trip. Really nice!
The process took too long. After returning and inspecting the car (including signing), I was informed via phone ten minutes later that there was an issue.
Like: Easy to locate kiosk, staff gave clear instructions and affordable rates. Dislike: The car can be cleaner. There were crumbs and some leftover food from previous renter.
