Satisfied. Upon arriving at the store, we showed our reservation and documents. The staff were very professional, and despite our broken English, we quickly completed the pickup process.
Picking up and returning the car was quite convenient, but the efficiency at the pickup counter was extremely poor. It might have been due to new staff who were not yet familiar with the process.
Average. I thought it would be easier to communicate since it was under Shouqi, but the pickup location only had English-speaking staff from Europcar who didn't even know about Shouqi. I rented a Toyota RAV4 but was given an MG HS EV plug-in hybrid instead, which felt like it was forced upon me. Charging stations are very scarce in Australia, making it nearly impossible to charge. Even when I found a station, it took at least 5 hours to fully charge, which is very impractical. I advise renters in Australia to be cautious when choosing electric or plug-in hybrid cars, especially since MG's charging port is too rare.
Convenient and efficient. Opted for full insurance. Didn't need to use it, which was great (✪▽✪).
