Picking up and returning the car is very convenient, unlike the hassle and arguments you often experience back home. The €30 fee for a full tank of gas and service is very straightforward.
Very satisfied. I don't speak English or Italian at all, but the staff was very patient when I used translation software. The entire pickup and drop-off process was smooth, and there was no upselling. I'll choose this company again next time!
