Good car

Request for extension before the original return day by phone call. Extension amount was agreed by both party. However, extra cost was charged when returning the car due to staff weakness of understanding English. Very disappointed to the staff at the front desk.

We get the car we wanted. It does not take Long to get the car but we have to drive to the carpark to check the. Condition of the car.

Booking platform is okay. We did not get the price drop experience. Maybe it’s possible next time.

Vehicle is not powered enough on the slope

Like: Awesome service provided by the team in Phuket. I was a bit worried on the booking as I went through the reviews where booking was not available upon picking up the vehicle, they do hard selling on the packages, the car was not great and etc . But it didn't happen to me and it was smooth all the way. The service team was very polite, the car was new & clean, less than 2000 km mileage, it was a Toyota Vios. So, it was spacious for all 4 of us in the car with our luggage. Requested for a 2nd driver and we were not charged on it. So, that's good too. As long as you bring the required documentation with you i.e booking voucher, passport, driving license and your credit card, you are good to go :) So, I would say, good job to both easyrentcars.com and ASAP car rental Phuket.
