Great service form their staff, due to my flight was delay and delay again,i keep changing my car collection time. But they still reserve the car and wait for me to collect it, even my flight was delay to the next day.
Like: Awesome service provided by the team in Phuket. I was a bit worried on the booking as I went through the reviews where booking was not available upon picking up the vehicle, they do hard selling on the packages, the car was not great and etc . But it didn't happen to me and it was smooth all the way. The service team was very polite, the car was new & clean, less than 2000 km mileage, it was a Toyota Vios. So, it was spacious for all 4 of us in the car with our luggage. Requested for a 2nd driver and we were not charged on it. So, that's good too. As long as you bring the required documentation with you i.e booking voucher, passport, driving license and your credit card, you are good to go :) So, I would say, good job to both easyrentcars.com and ASAP car rental Phuket.
